Had my hair dyed with Rina on July 12, and she did such a great job! I had previously box dyed my hair multiple times with red, which is one of the hardest colours to get rid of, and I wanted to get a silver peekaboo and money pieces. I had previously been told by another stylist that it wouldn't be possible because of the state of my hair and redness colour left over, but Rina insisted she'd try to achieve what I wanted and I'm very happy with the result! She was very honest about what the outcome of my hair state would be (damage, colour inconsistencies) and she also talked me through each stage of the process! My hair didn't even feel damaged from the bleaching. Rina was so sweet, I would 10/10 recommend this place and her :)

Hadn't colored my hair in a decade. I wanted a no bleach balayage, and I asked a friend whose hair is always fab. She recommended N15 as her top choice. I read positive reviews on Nuri, who I made a consult and appnt with, and I was so glad I did. She did take her time and listen to my request, and the day of the coloring, she took some time to lighten it as much as she could. It was subtle without the bleach, but as I was going away on vacay, she said the sun would lighten it even more and it did. Maybe next time I'll take the plunge and bleach it, but was so glad to have worked with her - she's so kind, gentle, professional and attentive. I'm recommending her and N15 to everyone, and if you're interested, book asap, as their appnt slots get filled up quickly!

I recently had a haircut at N15 with Yuina, a Senior Stylist, and regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite presenting a straightforward style that should have been within reach given my original hairstyle, she fell short of delivering the desired outcome. I initially discussed the possibility of wispy bangs but ultimately settled on curtain bangs. I ensured that she understood my final choice, but her lack of response made it difficult to gauge her comprehension. Much to my dismay, she not only proceeded with the wispy bangs but also executed them at a length that was far too short. Additionally, she negatively altered the overall shape and length of my hair, resulting in a haircut that resembled an outdated coconut/bob cut typically seen on young children. Although she made an effort to amend the situation after I provided feedback, the end result deviated substantially from the style I had initially referenced, and my hair continued to be trimmed way shorter than desired. While she did waive the haircut fee as a gesture of goodwill, her lack of genuine concern was evident throughout the process. As a longstanding customer of N15, particularly at this location, I have consistently valued the high-quality service and attentive care I've received. However, this recent experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I opted for Yuina due to the unavailability of my regular stylist, hoping for a fresh start to the New Year. Instead, I find myself leaving with this haircut, and given my slow hair growth, I am uncertain about how long I will have to live with this hairstyle. My suggestion to the hairstylist is to be more attentive to your customers and proactively seek clarification when needed. Maintaining open communication is crucial, as silence on important details can leave a lasting negative impression, regardless of any compensation provided.
